Katherine Sarno Mauro

I’m Katherine, a proud graduate of Indiana University where I had the privilege of cheering on the Hoosiers and the honor of winning a collegiate national championship.

My career began in the hospitality and event industry, where I spent more than eight years serving clients in both Chicago and Central Indiana. Those years instilled in me a deep appreciation for detail, service, and the power of genuine connection - qualities that now guide me as a real estate agent helping clients navigate one of life’s most meaningful decisions.

Alongside my real estate practice, I collaborate with TKW Homes as their exclusive designer and client experience lead. This partnership allows me to pair design vision with construction knowledge, offering my clients thoughtful guidance whether they are purchasing, selling, or building. My goal is always to help people imagine not just a house, but a home that reflects their story and way of life.

Beyond work, I enjoy making homemade pasta and focaccia, traveling to Italy for the food and design, and spending time with my husband, Bryce, and our fur baby, Matteo. Those experiences continually shape me and my perspective when I work with clients.
