Morgan Orr
I'm Morgan, I graduated from Ball State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. I have been working in real estate since 2022 and am dedicated to providing the best experience for all of my clients. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, investor, or just looking for an upgrade, my goal is to make navigating the real estate market as simple and stress free as possible.
My love for real estate began when I worked as a summer intern at a real estate office during my freshman year of college. Working as an intern taught me so much about the behind the scenes work of an agent and all of the details that go into each individual transaction. This work helped me develop into the detail-oriented agent I am today and I strive to create a personal connection with each client I work with to best serve their unique needs.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband and golden retriever, Baker. I love hiking, taking long walks with Baker, and in my free time you can usually find me reading a good book.

It isn't every day people buy a property sight unseen from a thousand mile distance. But that is what we did. We have family in the area we wanted to move to and are so thankful they were wise enough to steer us in Morgan's direction. She was so efficient and pleasant to work with and through. No task was too small or too large for her to attend to quickly. The process was painless (except for the 1,000 mile road trip, perhaps) and we are getting happily settled into our new home.
